I think the kitchen server was offline for awhile - I know I couldn't get on here yesterday.
Anyways, it got hot and muggy again today in Ontario - and to top it off, a fellow at work is heading down to Newfoundland tomorrow night for his vacation (going for 3 to 4 weeks). I'm tempted to stow away in his trailer!  
He hasn't been back in 4 years - so he was asking me about my trip - getting info on the roads, traffic and construction zones. Guess, I should have volunteered to be his tour guide instead!
Well, off to find a cold brew and try to beat the heat! See ya, folks. |

Howdy Folks - what be happening? (other than Clayton's voice echoing off the empty walls?)
Just had a nasty thunderstorm rip through the area here - naturally, on my way home from work! At least I was safe in my car - poor missus was out walking the dog and got caught in the sudden downpour!

Hi everyone
Well we are having probably the best summer we have ahad for ages, That is for people who like the heat, its beenhigh 20' ;ow-mid 30s almost every day in july and most of out rain has been at night But the humidity is what I can't handle
But I am not complaining we will soon have the cold and we could br having tornadoes and hurricanes and flods.
Hope everyone is enjoying the summer I know Clay & Cynt are, good for you.
Kev glad you enjoyed your trip enough to be thinking of goign again.
Sea sounds like you are on the mend, enjoyingyour time with your kids, good for you

g'day folks..spent Wed nite down at Western Bay with Cynth's sister and hubby..nice drive back...relaxing for the w/e and have some company coming on Sunday for a couple of days.. |

jb, i bet ur puter is great, ineed a new tower as well, i have all the other gadgets but i don't think my programs will work on windows 7..i am so used to windows xp

clay chick, it's good that u never left for good,
i don't have much company only my sons & gr kids..my friends that are left are ill or travelling..ray & I just skate..not complaining..we have lots laughs with the people we meet there.

Hi Witch and Da Stinker, yes its so fast I cam't keep up with it. How the heck is everyone? We are praying for rain out here before the whole province burns up, even here on the island the smoke is drifting over from the mainland. |
