Good morning me trouts, going to Tim's in abit. My daughter was in a car accident on Tues. she's in Edmonton and I'm in NB.Her brother lives there too so he's been a big help to her. A 17yr. old girl, driving her father's car, was texting and went through an intersection and slammed into my daughter's car. She has a fractured verebre in her spine, damaged optic nerve in 1 eye and God knows how many other injuries. I wish they would stop people using their cell phones in cars!!!!! I have seen so many people out there using their cell phones while driving, it is a very dangerous habit, it is illegal to use the cell phone as well, but people are ignorant to the laws unfortunately.
The laws need to be stronger in regards to phones as well as bigger fines..
We have strong winds still today and snow flurries- winter is not ready to leave yet.. |

Good morning me trouts, beautiful sunny day here today. The hubby and I celebrated our 17th anniversary yesterday, had a nice chinese supper and got a beautiful card dripping with romance, finished it all off with a Tim's coffee and timbits, can't get better than that!!!!! It was my daughter's birthday also. She is having trouble with the injuries she got from that car accident. I'm so worried about her. You think when your kids grow up and move out on their own that your worrying is all over but no it gets worse!!!! Anyway me trouts hope you all have a great day, take care hugs Babs

Sunny here today, a little cold, but not windy like yesterday- I am relieved..
Went to church last night, it was very crowded, the archbishop visited the church, he was talking too long, I felt like leaving, but stayed till the end of church..
Going to get something to eat- feeling ravenous.. |
