The Downhome Kitchen was created to provide a way for those who value the downhome way of life to communicate and interact in a friendly, productive manner.
With this in mind, we ask that all users and moderators treat each other with kindness and respect the privacy of all.
Any individuals caught using the Downhome Kitchen to harass other users will be banned from using this site. Likewise, moderators who are found contributing to problems on the Kitchen will have their privileges revoked immediately.

This thread titled "Using the Downhome Kitchen" authored by the Downhome Editorial containing some guidelines/rules was Posted: Monday, November 23, 2009 at 03:14 pm, after yet another Kitchen ruckus.
Did the combatants quickly forget/or actually blatantly ignore, a similar thread with some guidelines/rules titled "What NOT to bring to this message board" authored by our hard-working Kitchen Moderators that was Posted: Sunday, November 22, 2009 at 10:17 pm, after that very same Kitchen ruckus --> which was just a mere 17 hours prior to this DH one??

The moderators look after and deal with the day to day events in this Kitchen. Lets hope from this day forward that the usual combatants (whom are always in the middle of every Kitchen ruckus) give our moderators the respect they deserve for trying their hardest to keep this forum on a level playing field for everyone who visit.
